Hi
Im an european.I have bought a video game from play-asia site, they stated that the game is usa with regionfree. If its region free why its black and white on my tv?I have a sd crt tv,its old but it have a good quality image, the brand is finlux.I have pluged my pal ps3 in to another tv and here the game plays in colours but not in all spectre collor,i think red is missing and the colours not look good,i also heard and it happend to me too that some demo games downloaded from the psn usa or asia makes the same problem. Why is that, can i do something to remediate this problem without buying another tv? |

Sorry to say it but its your TVs fault and not the game or the PS3. Also if it wasnt region free it wouldnt play in your PS3 at all. |

Dude if his TV isnt capable of producing NTSC an RGB cable wont help, however it will probably help the other TV that dosnt show the colours great. Dude you do realise that not all TVs have this option.Really old TVs DONT have it. Last edited by GregoryRasputin; 02-20-2008 at 08:40 AM. Reason: Automerged Doublepost |

Also if multi region TVs were made in 1986 would have been VERY exspensive. Last edited by GregoryRasputin; 02-20-2008 at 08:58 AM. |

Im not trying to call you a liar or anything and im not trying to be offensive its just i find it hard to believe multi region TVs were around back then.I mean i was born in 1981 and the first multi region tv i seen was around 1996,ive had a few TVs and was never able to play American PS1/PS2 games on them and they wernt cheap either. If you dont mind me asking, what TV do you have.
