Did you use your own rip? Or did you download a rip? I've had this once, I had to re-rip my game and after reapply'ing the fix it worked.
If you downloaded the release be sure you have the right region copy. Normally it should say in the nfo from the patch which release is compatible

it is ok m8 no prob at all there is no secret i dont like the TB,i am admin on a site,i give infraction to people for something they should not do as well,i did not know that we are not supposed to talk about the TB
