Reading through this article there are a few things that popped in my mind
Im grateful that i didnt buy the ps3 before last year, because thats when the scene started kicking. Till date, any console that i have owned is no fun without full access to it. This scene could've been so much more ahead of its time had it not been for trolls. I can understand when something is promised and isnt released on time, but then blaming hard working devs and trash talking isnt getting anyone anywhere. For all those impatient pricks all i can say is learn to appreciate geniuses. Yes, this includes Geohot, Kakorato, Matheus to name just a few.. And if you dont find their accomplishments amusing then please release something and Let US be the judge. And if you're just going to trash talk and still use the Homebrew, tools etc... then shut the ****ing hell up Thanks PS3 HAX you did a thorough job on this...

Great work putting this all together mush have been a lot of work!
While I really do respect and appreciate the massive contribution that mathieulh has made it did make me laugh at the slight hypocrisy you can see in this article: quoting maths response to paradox's "loader"
Sorry, I know its not the same. |

I've been doing this since around February of this year and created www.ps3history.com in March of this year, whilst i do love this site, the whole history on one page, can seem over whelming to each person, so a site of its own, gives each year a section.
Regarding ease, the hardest bit was finding old information, because either sources have died, or sites have been bought over and certain articles deleted, quite a lot of it comes from memory and Googling about it verifies the date. |

Great work! THANKS!!!
I find a few topics missing: - OBM & multiMAN - PSN access with CFW using Charles, f*ckPSN, etc. then blocked by Sony. - The discovery of the PSP Master Keys in PS3 by Mathieulh. - The infamous hack that allowed play PS1 and PS2 backups opening the case to swap discs and using a switch on-off-on - The proxy hack that allowed download free PSN games on 1.50 (Lemmings, GripShift, Rub'a'dub).
