OK so I took the plunge. My goal was to play AC Revelations - my options were to have my 360 re-flashed or update to 3.73 and BUY the game. I chose to get TB - I'm now running Rebug TB version and playing AC revelations. Everything works as it should.
I have Ratchet and Clank all 4 one to try next.

I get the arguments about rewarding pirates for reapplying DRM but atm this is the 'best' option. If CFW emerges soon I'll happily file my TB with the similarly useless Teensy.

I have to say, it SUCKS to have the TB2, and those damn "gold diggers" wanting to get rich on our costs when we are only aiming to keep things "free".
I've bought a few games, the ones that I really like (GT5, PES2011, etc...) and I didn't wanted to go above 3.55 for several reasons (one of them, S0NY's attitude on things we own), but this crap on PS3 scene makes me think that S0NY won this "war" and I'm actually thinking in going 100% legit on my PS3.
This JB2 thing is not from scene ppl that cares about the scene itself, it's from total gold diggers that couldn't care less about keeping the scene alive.

So if I have to choose between buying legit software and support those who developed it, I'm going LEGIT a 100%. I've bought the JB2 for the sake of avoiding the upgrade on my 3.55 CFW that allows me Showtime and other functionality on PS3.

I think just that people who bought TB are happy...

But at the same time they and more people should be happy and people who bought even more happy if the ''technology'' of TB were released to everyone

so i wouldn't have to buy a new PS3 just to play the newest games( because sincerely,

f*uck PSN) and now still is not the same, because of Sony we have to buy games which cost ...$ and you dont know for when i was living in Brazil because...
