Dancestar Party on fw3.55 multiman
I've recently bought Dancestar Party but it won't run on fw3.55 from the Disc but says I need to update my fw to 3.7.
When I backed it up on Multiman it offerred me the option to change the PARAM.SFO fw to 3.55 from 3.7 so I did. Then when I launch it, it starts to run but then I get an error during startup (80010017). Does anyone know how I get Dancestar to work either from the disc or the backup on multiman? you can't,that is the answer,unless you update to 3.7 or higher

How can Sony get away with this. It does not say anywhere on the box or instructions that internet access is required or FW3.7. I just want to play a game I bought but retain my current fw version.
