what does an RSOD ps3 have to do with QA-Flag?
also yes object suites might be able to modify your machine to QA flag it. and btw if you have a rsod machine, you need to fix it, not QA flag it.

Hmmm, as Pockets69 has stated your PS3 is in a non-functional state. To be able to do almost anything on the PS3 it needs to be functioning.
Also you will probably not get a Sig file because Sig files are part of objective suites and distributing them is illegal, so you might not be able to get them here.
