It's a topic. A controversial topic at that. It's not necessarily right to ignore anything and everything that can become a controversy.

Also, if i said it was a lady friend, it wouldn't be called gay which in turn makes you guys sexist because clearly it depends on the persons gender for an act to be considered okay or not.
You guys blew this way out of proportion with your backwards ways. It's a prank, at that. It's not ethical, so yes, you would get in trouble at work for it. Then again, if you think putting your balls on someone's face is the same as sticking your finger in their ass, then you might need help. Again, that's blowing it way out of proportion.
