have had problems following kalkedons video for e3 flasher as i am sure others have as well. Physical installation on my slim cech2101a, easy but after that its havoc.
I'm stuck after backing up, Install ps jailbreak on right side usb, making sure no other usb cables are connected. I disconnect power from console, press power button then press eject button with my new ps jailbreak. I have tried this 30+ times each time disconnecting power at cord and pressing power then eject and i still get two red lights it never turns green. Tried pressing buttons at faster and slower rate with no success.
I don't know if my ps jailbreak dongle has to be updated or if the previous steps in this tutorial didn't work as it seemed to.
I had a question about the three backup files and which and how to use them on my microsd card. Looking at the video I took the last one and changed the name to match the filename on the video bkpps3.
As for the ps jailbreak doesn't seem that any of the updates are available all the official websites have been closed.
Anyone with any suggestions or knowledge please help!!

have completed the flow rebuilder on all three backups, but a bit confused by the hxd editor. Not sure how to check all the files correctly after opening the new .ext files created by the flowrebuilder. any help or guidance to who might be able to guide me through the process would be greatly appreciated. compared files with no better understanding of my issue. Don't want to guess as to what to do to resolve my issue.
but i did find that my file sizes on asecure loader, ros0, ros1, and bootloader_0 don't match what the files say on the ps3devwikilist.
I am still stuck with 2 red leds on my ps jailbreak when i try to downgrade with e3 downgrade file form e3. After reconnecting power, when i press power then eject i hear 3 beeps when i hit eject button. Is this telling me something. In this step the two red led lights on ps jailbreak never turn off or go to green.
sd folder contains 3.bin file, e3flasher text file, and e3 flasher downgrade. Any help and what direction to go would be greatly appreciated.
I dont' know if my ps3 is bricked either, when i try and start it up in this mode i get connect remote with usb and press ps button, then asks me to update ps3.

make sure you keep those backups on a safe place

did you update the jailbreak dongle with a service mode hex file?

the message you get is normal what no it's great
it basicly tells you that it's ready for downgrading

update the jailbreak dongle with the hex file and mark my words it will work

it's not updated for the task so it wont enter service mode

Great that's what I was hoping for I'll start checking out the posts and tut's on how to do that thanx!!!
By the way i've been looking how to update ps jailbreak with service mode hex file and haven't found it the original website for the update has been closed any ideas where I can still find this information?
Can't find or can't seem to get atmel working on windows 7 64 bit. tried finding different drivers to to put in atmels usb folder with no
luck. Device still says unknown device in device manager anybody know how to use atmel with this, where to get these drivers and how to properly install them?

can any one tell me how i find the psjialbreak2 update cues i googled it and cant find its update to enter fsm i downgraded my ps3 with e3flasher and stuck in the screen that telling me to connect ps controller

and if my dongle is not updated can i use my ti 89titanim to downgrad ps3 and enter fsm if i can pleas tell me the way andhow to updat my calculator with it with file and steps pleassssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssse
