Be careful when you download this file, it appears to install on 4.0 via XMB, even if you have 4.0 installed, though it does not give you install packages

It's probably just the stock OFW uploaded with someone trying to trick people into "upgrading" their CFW PS3's, so they can lose all possibilities of homebrew. You get pranksters like this all the time that think they're funny because they fool a few naive people into crap like this. Unless you hear of news like this from a reliable source, such as a news post on this site, do NOT download or install any update packages like this. If you do, you have no right to complain later if you brick yourself or lose CFW features.

How can you be able to install over 4.0 fit in unless it does something? Although we don't know what at this moment.

i installed it its not stock my home brew works but it so slow and and freezes
