Ha liar, CECHC04 has a NAND flash instead of a NOR flash. E3 Flasher currently does not support NAND flash consoles. So you acidevil are lying.

BTW the “nas_plugin.sprx” in this dev_flash has not been altered to achieve “Install Package Files”.

If you had read the whole thread on *******, you would know that technodon did do something similar with a kiosk dev_flash and he said he swapped "nas_plugin.sprx" to make Install packages to appear on kiosk firmware. I used different sprx files to achieve “Install Package Files”, I just wanted to point to those who read the thread that I did not copy technodon to get “Install Package Files” working on retail 4.00.

This means I've used the original retail nas_plugin.sprx. I hope this explains why the retail nas_plugin.sprx in my dev_flash is the same as the nas_plugin.sprx found in the retail 4.00 update.
