hi im on 3.55 kmeaw and for the last 7 months, playing mp3,divx.mkv game or anythin it get any annoying distortion from my ps3 phat. this is over HDMI or optical, i'm just wondering if its stuffed as I cant use it like this it driving me nuts.

Anyone know of a fix or had the same issue?

Maybe flash back to ofw 3.55?

Does the same thing happen when using component/composite? Have you tried it on a different TV?

If it's not hardware related in that sense then try reflashing 3.55 OFW and see if there's any improvement then try reinstalling your 3.55 CFW of choice and see if it remains/improves.

If none of that works then try options in the recovery menu such as rebuilding the database, quick/full formats of your HDD (make sure you back your data up).

Try these and post your findings.
