I have never used amazebreak. I actually use my psp with psjig app. But if the shop that sold it to you programmed it to downgrade, it should work.

In option 4 you say, 4. usb downgrade dongle
Buying a Cobra USB soon, That has a downgrade option right?

I don't have a Cobra USB, so can't say. I don't know.

As i would like to go to a CFW that supports TB
there a file call "E3 TBJB2CFW CHECKOFF" on E3's website, should i use this? If so where does it come in on your guide? (replace the Rogero_v3_with spoof file from the step one folder?)

Quick question, will i need to do anything to my hard drive? i heard some of the FW files are on the hard drive.. i'm on 4.10 OFW and already have my e3 flasher hooked up and bios backed up, just wondering if i'm going to lose my saved games and PSN downloaded games? :O

hey playerkp420...looks like i fuked up and bricked my PS3...

I don't know why but i was following your guide and watching Khalkedon's youtube guide , follow him backup my NOR fine AND restored in his video (13:34') ...since then the PS3 wont turn on....does that mean i restored a bad backup ? I am not even upto the downgrade process yet...

can someone please check my backup file? Is there a way to fix it?

I checked your backup and it looks good.

Try and follow this guide to unbrick.

Thanks! Great tutorial, worked for me to go back from 4.11 to cobra 3.55 cfw firmware! Be sure to make good back ups though (and keep them in a safe place) I needed to restore mine twice because for some reason the downgrade process went bad.
