OMG!!! Yes cooling is needed. It takes like 4 seconds for the RSX chip and the CPU to 60 degrees Celsius, and that is with a the heat sinks and fan on.
If you try and do it without the fan assembly and heat sinks, your PS3 will shut off within a minute. And it will probably fry it.

I think you need to take your time, and research more. If you don't, you will have a nice big black door stopper, or paper weight.

It is difficult to do that,
the guide is clear, state your problem and you will get response from experiences Members,
but i do not chat or i think any one else here

well then i keep on trying to do the restore process. once i click start it starts blinking 1 5 6 7 8 on the blue leds

You are not following a guide on here. The restore process is not needed. And will brick your PS3 if your dump is not valid.

I suggest you make some dumps and get them validated. Because if you are trying to flash and you get that error, your clip is not seated properly.

Well ****, when i turn it on it just makes 3 beeps two times and turns off
seems like this is rlod, caused by overheating BUT nothing is hot on the ps3, and people say it only beeps three times, mine beeps three times two times, so i'll just reassemble it and give up downgrading since i can't do it on my console, that's pretty bad lol
and it did that on the first time i turned it on, so it's probably because of the missing parts... almost everything is missing hehehe
