Anyway just look at ps3 tendency, sony doesn't want their clients make anything with products.

So even if there will be release - it will be just a black box, chained and electrified so no one could use it or evene come nearbuy.

That was true with the PS3, but the prisoners eventually escaped, although they all got caught and chained up again with extra measures. But the prisoners are still thinking of another prison break, and PS4 isn't even born yet so who knows whether it will be a good person or a bad person who will end up in the same prison, but one thing is for sure they will always think of a way out.

why? 80% will be removed before launch anyway

I think we will need to wait a couple months/years after release as Sony likes removing features even after the product is released.
