There is no patch for stupidity feel free to change, remove or improve the warning message on that page.

But I have a strong feeling that if people are willing to test out things they
* don't understand
* is surrounded by words as "brick"
* are in bold, +1 text size
* inside a red box that says "warning, do not use!"
then I have a feeling that all effort would be meaningless to prevent.

Lets face it: writing books about nuclear fusion can be interesting, but if you don't understand it then you need to keep out or face the concequences of radiation poisoning (insert quote about boyscout that collected smoke detectors for radioactive elements)

My idea is to solder to RAM chips, use some uController or computer to analyze input (not make a dump of everything in memory, but rather write what is happening to file so we can analyze something that is removed quickly), then look for lv0/keys, basically analyze bootprocess vs. RAM content.

The main point of it, that CELL BE has to decrypt it SOMEWHERE, so obviously it will put unecrypted data to RAM. If it wants it to be 'secure' it will obviously remove it within miliseconds if not less, so you would need PC hooked up to PS3's ram analyzing it's working, but now, how RAM works :v.

I remember someone partially dumping the RAM on the PS3 but to no avail :\ Are you testing on OFW?
