Without those "greedy" corporations, where do you think the internet and gaming would be at this present moment? Corporations are corporations by making money, and to make money. All those beloved triple A title's you buy new/used and the next gen consoles you play them on would be nonexistent without said corporations. It wouldn't hurt me one bit to not have used games, new games are only $60 on average, the shortest campaign will take roughly 4 hours to complete on most games (not counting endless hours on multiplayer features). This means that you pay $15 for an hour of entertainment at the most.

So I must ask you, wtf are you crying/protesting/ranting about? I spend nearly $15 a day just on my lunch at work. Try getting 4 hours of true entertainment for $60 and let me know how that works out for you. If you want to complain, complain about movie entertainment or something legit. BluRay will run you upwards of $30 for a 1½ hour movie, most with next to no replay value.

I dont know why you think you know me ,but i bought a 10,000 projector setup & 3 PS3s + about 5,000 in games in the first year .So dont throw your money spent at me .They are greedy & that is the bottom line & they just want to rape the customers cause they cant get enough of our money plaine & simple . You get that i spent about $15,000 in the first year i bought my ps3 & projector/custom 14 foot wide x 7foot tall screen .

It's not about you or anyone spending money. It's about the fact that without those "Greedy" companies, you would not have any of the products you bought then.

Holy f*ck! Can we say "Prozac"? I don't care whether you spent $15,000 or $5 Also, I didn't say I know you, what the f*ck gave you that impression from what I stated in my last post. Lastly, I didn't attack you. I stated that crying over the possibility of no used games sales is idiotic. I am sorry that I didn't state it clearly the first time around, and instead used big words like "corporations" and stated how they ARE a corporation to MAKE MONEY and because they ALREADY MADE MONEY. The only drawback I see is if a game goes out of print, you may like the game but the real world (bills, kids, court cases/fines, clothes, food) prevent you from buying said game for a while and if it goes out of print, what are you inclined to do? Buy it used. But this may be a bummer. To protect new sales is one thing, but sometimes the real world gets in the way of buying a game then an there.

so try to see how many people can afford games at 60$ for one title????
in the market are good games and bad games and the only possibility to see if you like the game is to rent it.if they will take that away ,we all are going to buy blind

look at the bank system ,the bank will give you credit and ,will not ask all the money in one day,they make you month rates so you can afford to pay

700 000 x 60$ =36 000 000 $
so to produce that game thay have to spend 36 000 000$ ???

I buy $60 "crap titles" more often than not. Also, game development costs are not cheap. If memory serves me right, it is anywhere from $20 million to $100 million to develop your standard AAA title. Either way though, this will never happen. Microsoft would be a bunch of fools to even consider this. All it would take would be one console that allows used game playback to dominate their console. If they really wanted to get their hands in the used game market (like the video mentioned), they could do so in a much better way.
