I have a plan to use my jailbroken ps3 as a streaming player, but i have several questions:
1. How can i back to the OFW safely (I can back to CFW eventually)? Link needed pls.
2. Do Netflix, hulu plus, and amazon prime have a Closed Caption capability on PS3?
Right now, I use sony bdps 570 player with wifi integrated and xbox with netflix on it. I have to pay the gold member to use netflix on xbox
On my sony bd player everything is good but it does not have CC option at all while on the same videos/ movies I can get it on my 360. Thanks in advance.

Netflix for ps3 has closed captioning and or subtitles, but netflix, hulu plus, and amazon prime do not work on cfw.

To go back to ofw, just delete everything from multiman or which ever back up mamager, then just format you hard drive through the recovery menu. And update via usb.

This is the way i did it for a mate and hes not been banned or had any problems.

Currently as of 4.11 you can downgrade only with a hardware flasher, e3 flasher or progskeet flasher. There is no software solution however you never know what will be released in the future......but i wouldnt hold my breath.
