Once again I've been banned again. Gregory said its because I have had too many accounts. I have never had 2 open accounts at the same time, never. The accounts I made were for ban appeals. My appeals never get responded to. I've CONSTANTLY tried to PM the banning mod of my original account to tell him about my appeal but I've gotten no response.

Today I decided to read the site rules thoroughly. To my surprise, I havent broken any of those rules.

1. Respect everyone - I show the utmost respect to everyone I come in contact with, whether they show that same respect or not.

2 NO insulting - I havent insulted anyone no matter how hostile a argument gets. I havent trolled anyone.

There is nothing in the rules about multiple accounts, regardless I dont post on multiple accounts simultaneously.

@Pirate Im asking that my account Adamsville please be reinstated, as it was wrongfully banned as I have stated in numerous appeals. I am asking that GregoryRasputin has no say in this decision as he has showed that he cant be unbiased dealing with me. He has continuously harassed me and recently attacked me with bigoted and borderline racist comments.

Last week Greg sent me a message telling me to come back to Ps3hax and reqest an unban on my Adamsville account. I did that, and got no response except for his vouching for me. Last night he then bans me for having multiple accounts.

I hope you guys decide that I can return as I like it here at HAX, I like the people here (you too GR). Thanks for reading.

Wasn't Admasville banned with reason. I'm sure you have done something wrong as I have the utmost faith in the moderators of this forum and believe they are doing their jobs accurately and consistently. Although if now Pirate is involved I'm sure something will be settled.

Who was the original banning moderator? Also GregoryRasputin is not being biased. We are supposed to ban the accounts of a person who has had an account banned. Tell us who the original moderator that banned you was and we should be able to set something up in here.

lol no i didn't, what i did was ban you and in the ban message state for you to stop creating multiple accounts and appeal your original ban.

That does not mean you go ahead and create a new account, that means you appeal the problem on your original account.

Once you are banned, you are no longer allowed to participate in the forum, you no longer have a right as you gave that up for whatever reason you were banned, so count yourself lucky, that you weren't banned long before now.

The moderator who banned you @Adamsville account, DOES NOT ban people for nothing and is not a grudgeful person, so i have full faith that you deserved the reason you were banned.

Now saying you like this forum and saying you like me, is kinda funny, as you posted on PS3Crunch that you loved to wind me up and you even called me a racist today.

Now i don't hold grudges, if i did, i wouldn't have suggested that you appeal your ban.

Yeah I will talk with the mod that banned you this evening. Your ban had no reason stated in the banned user list. I will see what he says. As GregoryRasputin has said, he is not a grudgeful person. I personally do not see a reason for you to have a permanent ban.

I said I didnt know stormfront members posted at HAX, I never directly said You are a racist, even though that statement was. You also said "That's because you are too f*cking retarded to understand why, as it has been explained to you over and over again, you know stay of this forum, and stick to your day job, selling crack with your homies in the hood." after I said the stormfront thing.

If you told me to make an appeal on my og account why was I banned for multiple accounts? I made the appeal, it has yet to be responded to. So I PMed pbanj and I think TLDK as well- still no response.

Nowhere in the rules does it say anything about forfeiting any rights to post. How can I make an appeal if I cant post?

And nothing I say on Crunch has any bearing here. I was angry when I made that little post at Crunch about you and I knew you would read it.

Tsu Surf you know picking a fight with a guy that tried to point you in the right direction to start with will not look good when the banning mod looks over this, right? Your issue here is not about GregoryRasputin, but about your ban. Please keep your appeal on topic.
