Still almost certain it's a fake... too many fishy explainations, and too many weird facts... Everyone was hyped up about the 500 external harddisk, this has been changed in the updated blog.
And yes, for the files, anyone can rename file extensions and folders. At the same time people can almost fake anything, some better than others... |

believe me, its not worth the wait!!! I'll be the first to go and update new new firmware :P EDIT: I will also bet, this is used as an excuse to delay the officiel release date... and then they will wait for April Fool's day, and once again **** everyone up!! Ok guys lol this is a marketing ploy. When i was in college we each had an assingment in advertisement. Alot of universites do this. And what better way to make an A in advertisement then to post this bull ****. You are graded on the hits to the site and also the amount of hype/chatter you can generate among blogs,forums,sites etc... To me this is just a study from some students at a university to make their grade.

Well, I'm on Ottawa right now, away from my PS3 until Sunday, but an 11 hour day of work so I won't end up touching it until Monday. By then it'll be the 17, so I'll end up waiting the couple of days. If it's fake, I'll immediately update. If it's real, then great.
Even if they say "Delayed, blah blah blah" I'm updating.
