If you are asking someone to dump their flash for you to fix your ps3, I am afraid that is not going to happen. Each PS3 has per-console information that only that particular PS3 has. You need to fix it some other means.

I am sorry I have never had a flasher and don't know the basis of using one. I believe there is a similar thread where the OP has the same problem as you, look for that thread and see if there is an answer there. Sorry I was of no further help .

What were you trying to do prior to this happening? I cannot foresee a corrupted BIOS occuring from just playing a game on a PS3. Even if the NAND died, it dies from writes not reads, so that makes me wonder what you were doing.

All I can see out of this sadly is the PS3 is dead. If it was truely on 4.11 and you weren't tampering at all and just playing games and it died and you have tried everything, it's dead plain and simple.

If you were tampering with the console, chances are you've corrupted it beyond usage and without a back up you have no chance. No one can provide you with any help in that case since each console is different (regardless of model).
