i copied the Registry.sys to the usb from the dev_flash2/etc..where should i open it?

Put the usb into your computer and use the registry editor to open the file.

it says application failed to initialized properly...when i opened the xRegistry Editor

I don't know why the program wont work for you so if you want, upload your registry file to a file host in a password protected rar and pm me the password to the rar and the psn account id you want me to use. I will fix it and re-upload it for you.
