If you have it on an external, try plugging your drive back into your computer. Right click on the folder and click on properties. Make sure it isn't marked as hidden. If that's not the problem I'm not sure what else it could be unless you accidentally copied it to the wrong directory which you should also check while it's connected to your computer.

AFAIK, the games that require BD-Mirror enabled (like COD games), are moved to /PS3_GAME/ in the root of the external device. When you enter to multiMAN again, the game is restored to its original location.

If you removed the USB before you enter to multiMAN, then the game could be still in the root of your external drive.

The fix: just move manually the /PS3_GAME/ found in the root of your USB drive to its original location in /dev_usb000/GAMES/BLES00354/ (or whatever is the original path of the game), if multiMAN didn't do it for you.
