The vita is actually not bad, I'm enjoying mine. Just make sure you have internet. It's not like the PSPgo, but... Well you'll see. As for a ps3 I'd buy one used on the grounds it's cheaper, plus not sure if you're interested in cfw. Plus who doesn't want a bong, I'm more of a drinker myself but it is a nice looking bong.
