multiMAN (mmCM) works with all CFWs so yes (just not the pirate discs as you don't need a backup manager for them)

and to be clear, I am aware that Cobra MM works with all cfw. I mean, can I run a TB game without Cobra MM at all. Like, could I use Rogero or another manager, or even run directly from XMB

not straight from XMB but any BM yes

Edit: 12 games are on pirate discs only (thanks Adamsville)
