i ve connected a ps2 controller to my ps3 through adaptor and it works fine ,, the problem is it doesnt vibrate ,, is there a way to make it vibrate ???

I've noticed that too. But it really never bothered me.

my problem is iam stucked in silent hill i need controller with vibration to pass a certain event and my ps3 controller doesnt have vibration function

Really? That sucks, why would game developers have such function in a game? I'm sure you already checked. But did you try turning off that option in the option menu?
