What should I do with dead PS3?

So I have a dead PS3 Fat and I am not sure what to do with it. I took it to get repaired and they told me I fried the mobo while trying to reflow it. I guess my heat gun was hotter then I thought.

However everything else works on it. The Blu-Ray is fine as I mostly played from HD (had too many PS1 drives die on me, so I knew better). The Power Supply is fine, the on/off reset board is fine. The thing for all the memory cards is fine and so on.

So the question is, what do most people do with these type of things? Do you strip it down to sell for parts? Do people even buy the parts? Do you sell it complete?

Just wondering what people have done in similar cases?

Strip the parts. Yeah people often buy certain components if they are in good shape.

Just list them in the B/S/T section here? Or EBay better? I personally hate EBay.

You can use both. Even publish in Ebay and show what you have for sale in B/S/T section.
Remember to read the rules.
