4.11 - 4.00 CFW Fakes or legit?
i went on this site ----> PS3-CFW dot com, And not only does it say that there's a CFW for 4.11 but 4.00 as well. Some clarification on whether these CFW's are legitimate or fake would be very appreciated.

Noone would create a site just for their cfw, they would just upload it to a file sharing site and then post on forums and let the wild fire spread.
As there is no fire, not even smoke from this, then definitely fake.
