i am in the process of getting my ps3 downgraded to 3.55 or should i get it down graded lower? once i have done this what is the best cfw to use and best apps? i am not bothered about going on line i can do that with my xbox all i really want to do is play back ups from a hard drive and use emulators to play other consoles advice and recomendations r needed thanks nic

so this mean that your fw is higher than 3.55,right?
if so,you need an external chip to downgrade

anyway you can downgrade to 3.55,because you need 3.55 ofw to install a 3.55 cfw(you can t update like a psp)
