Argumentation and logic is of essence. Anything can be displayed as right or wrong, however in the end the evidence (data) is of determining factor. The "foul play" is undeniable, but does that overwhelm his contribution to the PS3 Scene and iOS Scene? That is an individual evaluation.

I own at least one of every electronic device worth having on the market (obviously thats a slight over-exaggeration, but makin an actual list is straight ******baggery) When it came to the ipod this guy knows how to play the game. But I lost every bit of respect for him along with the PS3 community in its entirety when I go online and seeing people use the word "Jailbreak" on anything other then an apple device. Its truly pathetic. What troubles me even more is that people try to tell me that this kid JB's ipods and the like, and never touched a PS3 until someone sent it to him? Bull! Someone with parents that give him a $300 soldering iron, not going into the fact that parents dont just naturally know wtf to give their kid, anytime he asks. Taking him biking in china? Come on. Hes a spoiled lil kid with too much free time because his parents pockets are too deep. Sure he talks bout freedom of information, if it wasnt for that he wouldnt know his ass from mtldr. Its highly apparent that this community will get nothing done, following the examples of people like him. If he WAS really smart enough to just "pulse" a couple chips for ****s and giggles....he'd be damn well smart enough to keep his ass out of the $ony campfire. Hes a walking talking scam. He traded a hardware modded 8gb iphone for a 350z, to a guy who could have waited 5mins for a software modification. Well i no one thing and that is if he was not broadcasting everything left right and center then maybe the scene might not be in the slump it is.

I think i will stop saying that the ps3 has a scene because obviously ever since the 3.55 situation nothing and no one has been the same.

I no there is a lot of people out there that still do what they can for the the end users to use.

as in homebrew wise but apart from that there is nothing much to expect.

Obviously i sound like a tool when saying it like this and i still believe there will be another exploit found sooner or later as it stands atm.

I guess what i am saying is if he didnt shout it out and make a giant public figure of himself then maybe we would still have all the original devs that were working on the ps3 still here and not facing law suits and police repo letters and court proceedings etc and then could you imagine what there might be now?
