[Rumor] PSX isos running on PSVITA

I guess it was only a matter of time until something slightly better than a NES emulator hit the Vita, but a PSX iso loader?!. This looks to be a POPSloader port or something, but I really don't know? What do you think?

PSX Games running on the PS Vita - YouTube

Can anyone translate this?

EDIT:

Rough translation:

The Playstation Vita had to launch their very possibility Vita PS and PSP games (from the PSN) play, but went the Playstation 1 classic yet. Later still came to support for PSP/PS3 MiniS, so that almost everything could be played, which was then on the Playstation Portable was, however, remains to this day the PS1 support (officially) out.

The anonymous developer, which already by the dump of the PSP emulator Flash0s, reports we have demonstrated is that he is familiar with the matter of the PS Vita, it has now made it even that Playstation can a classic be reproduced, which he thus the Sony PS Vita official firmware is a step advance! Currently, the PS1 classics still have no sound, but they can be played smoothly and free-fall, so that one can enjoy the PS1 games coming soon in full scale will be possible, provided one has access to a savegame exploit.

His complete works would not release the developer (yet), but he is once he has resolved any problems with the POPS, publish the relevant code so that other developers that code on their PSP emulator kernel mode can customize exploit.

Another time the scene of the world, and Sony has shown what is possible with a little effort and expense. The fact that a single developer to play PS1 games, especially under difficult conditions, can perform shows once again that Sony had long since the PS1 can add support, it has still not done

Does it require VHBL though? He's talking about utilising the Flash0 dump to make an exploit? I'm unsure here but I didnt see VHBL in that vid.

WOW, Sony really isn't going to ever learn their lesson are they! They will be eventually out of the video game business if they keep this up. Broken Promises like always! -Look at how well the wii did for so many years, it was hacked a long time ago but sales are through the roof! Maybe 1 day a company will realize that they will actually make more $ if their console can be hacked! Developers will make the games no matter what because most people will still buy the games they love to support them. Alot of the people I know will try a game before they buy it and if they really enjoy it they will go out and buy it regardless if they can use a backup or not! -I would still have my ps3's if Sony wasn't so GREEDY! Until then I love my 360 & wii!

I'm gonna be honest, if/when Sony allows PS1 capability it will most likely use the psp side anyway. How do I figure? Well when you transfer from a ps3 you can transfer psp game saves, but for some reason PS1 saves are in there as well. Err, at least the ps1 saves from the psp. I know it's not a perfect theory but I figure it makes perfect sense.

Does it specify whether this is dependant on vhbl? I have a load of pops ready games sitting on a hdd, but wasn't interested in running nes games so didn't purchase the required games to exploit, ps1 games is a good step though.

I don't think it needs VHBL, here is what Wololo said about it:
