So I'm trying to get my ps3 back to 3.55 to get the true blue dongle to work.

Can anyone explain how to do this? I'm on a rebug 3.60 kmeaw firmware.

My mistake I was on 3.55 kmeaw firmware than I think I spoofed to 3.60. Is there anyway to get back to 3.55?

It was awhile ago and haven't touched my ps3 in quite some time. I do see something called Rebug Update Package 0.3 (3.55.2) on my ps3

I know this sounds retarded but I don't know how to uninstall it, or which file to uninstall.

The files in question are:

Don't touch any of those...

1-get yourself Condorstrike's service app, install it then run it with your 3.55 ofw inside. Then re-flash to rebug.

I tried the condorstrike updater if that's what you meant and that didn't work because I have an old nand fat Metal Gear Solid PS3 (US 80gb version).

Not to be mean, but i honestly think you should give up on asking for help and just start reading and updating yourself with ps3 hacking as a whole. You're terribly behind and an hour or two of reading would make your life easier in the long run as it will allow you to phrase your questions in a way that more sense to the questionee <-- not a word, but fun to say.

I had this same problem at one time, removing the old spoof was a pain in the ass, and took some 3 hours i believe to figure it out sadly I've forgotten how I did it. Moral: stay up to date.

p.s. go for multiman, not gaia. It's more feature rich and you'll prolly end up making the transition anyway.

You need to find the Rebug 3.60 spoof app. Then use it to disable the spoof, and then uninstall.

Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but I think if you can't find the app, you can install OFW3.55 from recovery menu.

Thanks I ended up installing from recovery and that seems to have worked. Back to 3.55 and was able to get my true blue updated. About to test a game now.
