I understand about the tos, but my point is the blackmail to try to get me to pay them. If i violated he tos, then I should be banned because I ageed to it. I as a consumer have the right to dispute charges that I feel were incorrectly charged to my card. My credit card company agreed with that and got my money back. So now in order to one up me, they ban me in hopes of me saying I better give them the money back that they wrongfully took because I cant live without PSN. Nope, not me. When businesses and some consumers finally wake up and realize that we are not gonna be bullied anymore there will continue to be losses at your company.
