guys iv'e been working on this for a few hours i'd test on my ps3 but grandkids updated to 4.11 d*** kids but if somebody could test it would be appreciated ..
i'v attached a vid so you can see what i did but it needs to be a non-tb user

Wouldn't it need to be resigned with 3.55 keys? Did you decrypt it with 4.11 keys in that video?

Btw, i see you like true blood and dexter. I'm a purely sitcom person. Well, i've drifted to other shows but sitcoms are what please me most. My parents kinda liked true blood and the only bit i saw of it was anna's tits cause i heard you got to see them :P I don't really like her face but when i heard boobs, well, i had to see them :P

I know some people that would probably be willing to rip the game to their MFW ps3 and try it. Let me reach out to a few people, but if this is true, then it goes to show that True Blue shouldn't be needed. If one 4.00+ game can be decrypted, then why cant they all be?

I think that has been tried. Eboot fix doesn't seem to work on anything higher than 3.56

tb is not needed, it's only needed when you have their firmware and use their stupid drm'd fixes for only their product.
i might try this, but it'll be in a few days or so if someone doesn't try it. i'm not too much of that type of game fan, so i don't wanna get a game only to return it

The way I was told TB and other reDRM butt plugs work is that the dongle uses the key fail revealed by failoverflow to make itself appldr. These scum companies have been resigning these eboots with their own appldr key.

Honestly I think the reason TB hasn't been cracked by the community is because we are looking at things too hard. If what I said above is true then why cant we sign eboots with a BS appldr key like the video above?

Sad part is these people that know so much about the dongle claim they cant crack it, and then there are others that are trying to attack it from an electronics perspective (i.e. CrashSerious) which are actually trying and may be making it more complicated due to point of view.

I honestly don't understand how it works, so everyone should start bugging the people that do know how to make it work

I wish it were as simple as what is listed in the OP. All these TB clones, yet nobody in the community seems to be able to replicate the effect.

it almost sounds like the way you described, maybe their firmware doesn't need properly signed eboots, so maybe it can't be done on kmeaw, last i heard though, how we sign things is with like a fake key that happens to work on 3.55.

For testing purposes i will try and download the game tonight if noone else has given it a go, then try it on my 3.55
