Yes, I they're two different things. The only reason GDDR exists is because the DDR RAM at the time was a bottleneck and it was taking too long to push out the next generation. DDR4 actually takes a lot of the ideas from GDDR and adds a few more. Go ahead and look up GDDR6 - it doesn't exist anywhere. Even DDR4 was announced years ago, so don't you think we would have heard about GDDR6 by now?

Yeah, I doubt that they would put all those Sony logos on it, along with "Developers Only." This does not look like an internal document, it looks like a slick sheet, or an ad.

i think these would be the test req, to just get a feel for how high the specs should be, but even then some of the specs are plain outrageous!! I call fake!

Actually if we take into account how difficult it "WAS" to dev for the cel, then sony will probably change it this time around...

In any case, let's imagine we're in LALA Land and this is true, the console would still have one major flaw... Sony. If you want more acurate specs I would suggest division and/or substraction.

still makes me wonder why so much raw power if it's true. they eventually if they don't know how to handle their own hardware will bring more problems than solutions.

That is clearly what the guy wanted the PS4 to be, sucks it has nothing to do with it... the backwards compatibility reeks of fakeness...
