Rebug spoofer gave me a "Red Screen Of Death" but...
Soooo
Installed rebug..Clicked it and got a RED SCREEN (googled it and got something called RSOD). Ps3 would start up (Green light) but Nothing happening on the screen. Read that only sony could fix it, or it could be some kind of firmware corruption. Went into service mode and installed THE ORIGINAL 3.55 (not cfw). Luckily it installed and ps3 working. Saw multiman and my other games there on my XMB, and just to see what happens, I clicked it, and all of it runs! on complete original firmware?! There is no option to install pkg files or that /app/home option, but multiman runs (only thing is i need to install bd-rom emulator) and so does games like fifa 12(the extrimall version) and other previously installed packages. I've previously moved from a cfw 3.55 to original 3.55 (on another ps3)and multiman(homebrew) would give an error. Why is it that on this "stock firmware" are they running? |
