I pirate most but buy the ones I really like.
I also like to have full sets.
I bought Resistance 3 just to complete the set.
I still have not been able to play it

I own True Blue because my father is a "land lord" to a electronics shop that sells PS3 games among other things. I often have an option to get a free game. Probably it will sound silly to you but I cannot get a second PS3 because my father thinks it is a waste of money. I don't even play multiplayer games, against friends I can play offline. Mostly it is Fifa12 and Fifa Street. But I love Showtime, in fact I spend most of my time watching movies with it, so OFW is out of the question, but TB enables me to enjoy great PS3 titles on my CFW. So I don't think is only for piracy. It also gaves you option to rightfully backup your games you legally own, play them and enjoy other homebrew.

You really cares? What is the purpose to ask what someone does with there dongle, let alone if they pirate games.

Why would someone have a TB and not have pirated games. It would make the TB useless if you did not have them.
