there is a key table iirc but the problem is not the loader last i checked, the problem is we cant even get to appldr since it is encapsulated in LV0 and to get to appldr to patch it we need to get past LV0 iirc. to get the new keys to decrypt the eboots etc we would first need the keys for LV0, again iirc.

Thats true but isn't it possible to calculate the key with decrypted eboots and encrypted.

TB=play games released by paradox (not ALL games), E3=newer software, not games released only by one team (all of them actually..). So compare this '100+' (TB) games that CAN be released by Paradox (becaose some can't), and all games (E3). While yes, it's still pay-for-piracy, atleast it's better solution.
