On another sites interview with @KDSBest he says he is being silenced on some projects:

Since alot devs want me to be under let's call it NDA (None Disclosure Agreement). As you see I personaly can't release my secret project, but the question will lead this to CFW 4.11 can be answered with maybe, but it's a great step further. Alot devs already have this fully working and are not releasing. That's the PS3 scene I guess.

According to that interview when the spu emulator reaches v1 his secret project should be complete... But he can't release it. Well gee thanks for letting us know, KDS!
