Going to buy a laptop (help)

I'm going to buy a laptop and I can afford around 700 euro's (belgium). I don't know much about computers so what do you guys recommend. And I heard laptops have trouble playing pcsx2 (ps2 emulator), is this true?
Thanks

I guess it depends on the laptop.

Have you looked at laptops on Newegg? Do they deliver in Belgium?

Be sure it has a normal graphics card from ATI or Nvidia and not that stupid Intel graphics sh!t ...

I would also recommend 6 Gb of ram and a recent Intel processor ...

700 euros? hmm I don't know how much that is but I'm sure you can get a laptop but unless you don't need a good one I'd save up some more.

ok, so 6gb ram and a graphics card from Nvidia or ATI. Is an AMD processor any good, because I found one with quad core? is intel i7 better than amd quad core?
@TizzyT it took me a while to save up that 700euro, I hope I can buy a decent laptop with that .
@Annelies newegg doesn't ship internationally.

Thanks for the tips

pcsx2 emulator:
Recommended

Windows Vista / Windows 7 (32bit or 64bit) with the latest DirectX
CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo @ 3.2 GHz or better OR i3/i5/i7 @ 2,8 GHz or better OR AMD Phenom II @ 3,2 GHz or better
GPU: 8800gt or better (for Direct3D10 support)
RAM: 1GB on Linux/Windows XP, 2GB or more on Vista / Windows 7

Ideally,

You should look for
Processor: i5 at least, sandy-bridge will do.
RAM: 4gb or more
Graphic Card: ATI/Nividia graphics, with your budget, it should come up with a decent middle class graphics.
OS, Win7 64bit or Linux free distros your choice.
At least 2 USB 2.0 port/1 USB 3.0
RJ45 network connection
Wifi b/g/n
Support 1 HDMI connection
DVD-RW combo drive
warranty

Look at the keyboard, the screen, see if the design suits you. Check that the heat exhaust fans out from a suitable location and away from the dominant hand which you use the mouse with.

You can use this link to do a comparison of the mobile graphics. The higher the better.

Thats all I can think off as of current.
