Sorry wrong place to ask but its a quick easy ?
My son has ultimate alliance 2 on the 360. It still reads the game, but will play for long and wont install completely. So my question is, can I download the iso and burn it? will it install the burned iso? then put the real disc in and play it off the hdd?

Make sure to burn the ISO at the slowest possible speed your drive supports, and make sure to verify the written data. If the game is an XGD3 game, then you will need a Lite-On iHAS124-B DVD-rw drive with cfw installed on it in order to make a 1:1 burn of a XGD3 game. I HIGHLY recommend Verbatim DVD-DL's. Not a single coaster with those as opposed to Memorex which gave me more coasters than anything usable.

if its not then you can't... mod it and you can install it through a backup, OR clean the disc with some alcohol carefully and pray for it to work, alcohol has saved my dvds countless times, you might be lucky.
