Probably not. Unless you use a proxy/bypass, that method no longer works.

I have rebug 3.55.2 u7 and can confirm that PSN access is no more since yesterday.
I also have a legit PS3 on 4.11 and it also asks for an update on that one (even using PSNDM, which has previously allowed me to stay on previous FW versions when not using it asks me to), so I don't know how f**kPSN is able to bypass this
