Let me make one thing perfectly clear. NoRSX PC Emulator is NOT a PS3 emulator for the PC. What is does, is emulate pecific functions used with NoRSX to help you compile your homebrew on the PS3. A great tool for any and all devs to take a look at, just like everything deroad does!
