Hello, I have a problem with the E3 Flasher in a PS3 Slim.
When I do the Nor Backup (Step 2 after the Flasher Instalation) with the Switch 001000 (1: Up. 0: Down, the only up is the BackUp Switch), All blue Led are Off and I wait a 5 seconds and I have the Error 10001100 "Fail to initialize PS3 Bios". I Read a simple solution, and that is Push around the Clip. I pushed the clip 2 minutes and I put adhesive tape, after I assemble the PS3. But, I have the same Error (The PS3 is Working very good).

Please, can you help me? A friend disarmed 25 times his PS3 to make it work, But, I can disarm my PS3 more than 5 times, Only I have weekend to work And I take me 6 hours to disarm with very careful.

My PS3 is a Slim and the model is a CECH2011B (CECH2...B serial) with a Spansion NOR

well, the only reason for that error is the clip isnt installed good enough. You have to apply some pretty serious pressure. Also, did you clean the nor chip and the clip with isopropyl alcohol? Sometimes that is an issue, if there is any kind of film on either the nor or the clip, than it wont make good contact. After cleaning both, make sure it is lined up perfect, then apply some pressure until you hear it clip. After you hear the clip, press firmly on all sides of the clip. The clip MUST sit flush on all 4 sides or it wont work. After you have it flush, use really sticky tape to keep it attached to the board. Then most people use some foam, or coins or something between on top of the clip so when you put the ps3 back together you will have constant pressure on the clip. Good luck

Thanks, in an hour I will go to my second house to dismantle my PS3 and Reinstall my E3 Flasher, after I tell if it worked or not
