My 3.60ps3 is now on rogero. Because of this great tut, downgrading was painless and a walk in the park except the nor validation part
. Thanks much for this easy to understand tut and the help in validating nor dump ![]() I don't fully understand yet how to validate dump. The ps3devwiki guide is a bit difficult to understand. What should I research about or any non-techie tut I should check in order to understand more these dump validations? Or could somebody make more noob friendly explanations/techniques on these nor dump validations? Hopefully anaria, BwE and Mysis can improve their nor validator/inspector or somebody could make a better one (99% accuracy). Last edited by WalangAlam; 02-06-2013 at 01:10 AM. |

its here in the downgrade section..and only NOR but if u can validate a NOR, NAND is the same just "check" all extra values for NAND as the flash is bigger
edit: dont take it all to serious..though..the video is a good starter to get out of the woods

Hi everyone. I have a progskeet v1.2 correctly programmed with the latest bitstreem, with the drivers installed on my pc and recognized by winskeet . I' ve done all the wyring to my DYN-001 and now as i connect the progskeet to pc it says me "unknown device" and it is not recognized by winskeet, furthermore the PS3 also gets RLOD!I had tested the board for shorts and it was all ok before the wiring, why is it that now it does this??
