Hi, I have a Phat PS3 NAND(COK-001), a Progskeet 1.2 and a 360 clip.

I am trying to use the PS3 to power the NANDs, but WinSkeet does not recognize my NAND chip.

The setup I have is :
360-clip on NAND1<-> Adapter PCB<->Progskeet 1.2 Main Board<->Progskeet 1.2 Slave Board<->PC

R7 has a resistor in between and R8 is open.

The steps I have taken is
1. Power on the PS3(Green light turns and stays on)
2. Turn on the slaveboard(slaveboard light turns on)
3. Attach the slaveboard to the PC
4. Open WinSkeet and set the settings to Dual NAND Samsung
5. Click the Auto button underneath the NAND tab

All I get is all zeros and Unknown for the chip.

Am I doing something wrong?
I have the 360 clip flush on NAND1 and taped down to it.

I got the dump working by turning the slaveboard switch so that the green light turns off.

No, your ps3 is having NAND memory, E3 flasher supports only NOR memory.

But progskeet will do the work, If you want it solder-less, you can use Clip also.
