I need help my CFW is installed correctly, the True Blue dongle is updated to the latest 2.7 and I have checked the compatability of my games I own and backed up but the backup games are not working but one and that is Bleach: Soul Ressurection somebody please give me a little advice on how to troubleshoot to get my problems solved.

If you put the tb patch files in the proper directory but the game doesn't load, it's possible that the "backup" you downloaded is nuked (i.e. missing critical files or contains corrupted files). Try downloading the game from a different source, add the TB patch files, and try again.

Alternatively, the tb patch you downloaded may also be messed up in some way. If you got it at ps3scenefiles, then that is not the issue since the TB patch for bleach works from there.
