My White PS3
I know there are a handful of people who have done this already, but I wanted to share mine. Its kinda Nintendo-ish but I don't care It looks nice. It really would have been nintendo-ish if i did the disc port blinking LED mod.
I wanted to change my fan to a 19 blade, but from what I've read its not really an issue with my specific model (CECHH01). Also, the thermal paste was changed to Arctic Silver 5. Decals are a custom decal order from SamuelDecal (he specializes in decals for model kits, specifically Gundam model kits) Colors are: Tamiya Flat White and German Grey. Also Top Coated with Mr Super Clear FLAT. I used my Air Brush to paint the white, and a spray can for the grey parts. Without further ado, here are the photos! All photos were taken with my iPhone 4. EDIT: Also I wanted to add that there is a way to remove the touch sensitive buttons. The panel of plastic where its housed is just glued on. Just use a guitar pic or something to pull it off.

LOL, yeah I do. It was only 289 at Costco, and it was the last one. Reasonable price for a reasonably good tv/monitor

Yup you are right, I bought mine almost a couple of years ago, been very happy with it. Samsung is a very good brand and it's not made in China
 Also nice PS3, I very much like the front grey panel. Do you live in Europe? Any chance to send somewhere in Eu a PS3 shell to be custom painted? |
