This could be done up to a 2.xx fw. Then fony changed it cause it got abused :P. You can only trigger a dump on specific regions now.

To my knowledge Math only shared his method with a couple of people and I highly doubt that method will ever come out. But at this point in the scene nothing will come from this for the end user right now.
