E3 Flasher Downgrade From 4.21?
I just ordered my E3 Flasher yesterday and i was wondering if you can downgrade from 4.21ofw?

Yes you can Downgrade from any OFW. Make sure you ordered a Jig stick Such as the PS3Key.
