Hi Guys

Really need you help to get this game to run.
Game version is BLES01392

Right, I've copied to internal HD, I've installed the .pkg downloaded from this thread(the one that requires pw). Mounted game via multiman but when i go to start game from XMB, all i get is a blank screen.

I guess I'm doing something majorly wrong.

Do i need to sign the eboot(isn't that what the fixed pkg is), what settings do i use in multiman, do have the disc in the PS3?

Any help greatly appreciated

you can have any original game in the drive , have you ever used fixpermissions.pkg? if not try to install that one and run it.

Just tried your suggestion, still the same.

I had run fix permissions via multiman before.

Can you confirm that what I'm doing is correct.

1. Copy game to HD
2. Run .pkg downloaded from this thread.

What setting should i be using in multiman
i.e
Game disc, Internal, External, Direct Boot, DB Mirror, Ext Game Data, Favorite

lol you came to the wrong person, i only use rogero manager, if the game wasnt so big i would try if it worked....
also have you tried the game before the patch pkg? , maybe delete installed game data and try the pkg again.

or try it on an external usb drive , and eventually use usb mont.

i was never a fan of multiman

Fixed it.....

My fault, because I left the Air Combat disc in I was clicking on the app_home/PS3_GAME to start the game. I thought by clicking the disc would start the game from the disc.... which wouldn't work because it would be the wrong firmware. It was only when i changed the disc to F1.2010 i noticed it still read Ace Combat........ instead of f1...

Told you I was doing something majorly wrong...

Only tried another disc because you said you could use any orignal... so big thanks Mr Dutch

Looks like the file has been deleted. Would someone re-up this fix, please?
